Roll up, roll up, Movie House Cinemas is holding a free exclusive event for Cinema Day 2019 with a special screening of the modern classic, The Greatest Showman.
On August 26th at 11am, the special screening at Movie House Cityside, Glengormley, Maghera and Coleraine aims to get families to come out together to enjoy the magic of film in their local cinema.
Cinema Day celebrates the diversity and scope of film exhibition across Northern Ireland and Movie House has been a part of the local community for more than two decades.
There will be no admission charge for the screening – instead Movie House would like people to donate money on the day to Cash for Kids NI who are supporting the event at each of their sites.
Tickets aren’t available online but you can collect tickets at the cinema box office on a first come, first served basis. Seats are limited, so early ticket collection is advised.
Before the movie, each site will have fun activities that are perfect for kids! Starting from 10am this includes cheek painting and circus-themed arts & crafts and games at Cityside, Maghera and Coleraine. Due to size restrictions, Glengormley will have cheek painting and balloon modelling by Squiggles and Giggles. The movie will start at 11am.
